ARTIST
Zahraa Al Dhahir is a self-taught pencil sketch artist with a passion for achieveing hyper-realistic portraits. She began her journey with a HB pencil and a piece of paper and a keen interest in making those markings come to life. From a young age, Zahraa had always loved the idea of drawing and especially focusing on the finer details of images but never explored this path fully until recently.
She spent countless hours developing her skills to bring out the beauty and detail in every piece.
Every portrait that she creates is a tribute to her love for the finer details, meticulousness and creativity. Her favourite subjects are people, and her greatest joy is in capturing their emotions on paper.
ZULUHAY.art was created with a vision to bring memories and stories to life. She uses graphite and charcoal on paper which reflects the contrast between light and shadows. Today, Zahraa teaches art and has expanded her expertise to still life objects in particular reflective surfaces amongst other effects.
