Limited Edition Prints
We do not offer refunds on any Zuluhay.art Limited Edition Prints. All printed are signed, stamped and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Custom Commissions & Original Drawings
Custom and original drawings are pre-approved by the recipient before shipping and therefore we do not offer refunds on any Zuluhay.art drawings. All drawings are bound contractually and agreed/signed by both Zahraa and the recipient of the drawing.
